Online Return Policy

The St. Clair Collection accepts returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To start a return, please email LaiyasWorld@gmail.com with the following information:

• Order number
• Item(s) you wish to return
• Reason for the return

A return shipping label will be sent to the email address on file.

Return Eligibility & Conditions

Items purchased directly from The St. Clair Collection online shop are eligible for a full refund, minus a $11.50 shipping and handling fee, provided the following conditions are met:

• The return request is made within 30 days of the original shipment date
• Items are unopened, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
• Items are free from damage, stains, odors, pet hair, or signs of wear

Please Note:

• Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable
• Customers are responsible for any return duties or fees on international orders
• Final sale items are not eligible for return or refund

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (minus the $11.50 shipping & handling fee) after the returned item(s) have been received and inspected.

• Please allow 7–10 business days for your return to be processed
• Once approved, refunds are typically issued within 3–5 business days
• You will receive an email confirmation once your return is approved

Returns that do not meet the requirements above will be rejected and we will notify you via email.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.
